摘要
为在剪叉式高空作业平台中添加一个液压发电机,以产生5 kW的单项交流电输出,设计1个加装式液压发电机控制系统。利用平台自带的1个额定功率为20 kW的柴油发动机,驱动1个排量为45 mL/r的DFR1控制模式变量柱塞泵。所设计的控制系统中添加了1套液压开关、流量控制阀组和1台额定功率为5 kW的单相液压发电机,实现了稳定输出交流电的功能。对不同的流量调节阀进行测试,结果表明:利用SRE型流量限制器能够获得最稳定的发电效果。
In order to add a hydraulic generator to the scissor type aerial work platform to produce 5 kW single AC output,a con⁃trol system of the hydraulic generator was designed.A diesel engine with power of 20 kW was used to drive a variable displacement pis⁃ton pump with DFR1 control mode and displacement of 45 mL/r.A set of hydraulic on⁃off,flow control valve and a single⁃phase hy⁃draulic generator with rated power of 5 kW were added to realize the function of stable output AC.Different flow control valves were tested.The results show that by using the SRE type flow limiter,the most stable power generation effect can be obtained.
