飞机起落架落震动力学建模及仿真分析 被引量:10

摘要 为更加真实地模拟某无人机起落架着陆过程,对起落架进行合理设计。以该无人机半轴式主起落架和半摇臂式后起落架作为研究目标,分别建立包含模拟飞机等效气动升力造成载荷变化的阻尼及缓冲支柱摩擦力的主起落架落震力学分析模型;建立考虑支柱和机轮承受弯矩变形时的后起落架落震动力学分析模型。建立数字化样机进行联合仿真,研究其着陆动态特性。结果表明:该模型具有较高的准确性,所研制的起落架装置缓冲性能良好,满足设计要求,具有一定工程应用价值。 In order to simulate the landing process of a UAV landing gear more realistically,the landing gear was designed rea⁃sonably.Taking the semi-axle main landing gear and semi-swing arm rear landing gear of the UAV as research targets,a mechanical analysis model of the main landing gear was established,which included damping and cushioning strut friction that simulated the change in load caused by the equivalent aerodynamic lift of the UAV;the landing gear dynamics analysis model considering the ben⁃ding moment deformation of the pillar and the wheel was established.A digital prototype was built for joint simulation and the landing dynamic characteristics were studied.The results show that the model has high accuracy,and the developed landing gear device has good buffer performance.It meets the design requirements and has certain engineering application value.
