摘要
为分析铝合金Al2024⁃T3在微细铣削加工过程中存在的尺寸效应,利用非线性有限元分析软件ABAQUS/Explicit中的Johnson-Cook热力耦合模型对试样金属进行模拟仿真。仿真结果表明:当刀具的每齿进给量为0.4μm/s时,切削力达到最小值0.429232 N,该结果与尺寸效应现象的现实表现相吻合。所构建的微细铣削有限元仿真模型为微细铣削加工提供了一些可参考的切削要素,为进一步开展微细铣削机制研究提供了参考。
In order to analyze the size effect of aluminum alloy Al2024⁃T3 in the micro⁃milling process,the Johnson-Cook ther⁃mo⁃mechanical coupling model in the nonlinear finite element analysis software ABAQUS/Explicit was used to simulate the sample met⁃al.The simulation results show that the cutting force reaches the minimum value of 0.429232 N when the feed of each tooth is 0.4μm/s,which is consistent with the real performance of the size effect phenomenon.The finite element simulation model of the micro milling provides some reference cutting elements for micro milling and provides reference for further research on micro milling mechanism.
