农村产业融合发展对返乡农民工创业学习的影响——一个复合多重中介效应模型

Influence of Rural Industrial Convergence Development Perception on Entrepreneurial Learning of Returning Migrant Workers:A Compound Multiple Mediator Effect Model

基于国家返乡创业试点山东省样本市(县)返乡农民工的抽样调查,构建农村产业融合发展感知对不同创业学习方式影响的结构方程模型,研究结果发现:返乡农民工在农村产业融合发展认知和创业学习方面仍有较大提升空间;农村产业融合发展认知水平的提高有助于返乡农民工开展创业学习;经验学习可以促进认知学习,而经验学习和认知学习又为实践学习提供前提和基础。为促进农村产业融合发展情境下的返乡农民工创业学习,应加强对农村产业融合发展知识与信息的普及性与典型性宣传,引导返乡农民工深入了解农村产业融合发展;结合农村产业融合发展的趋势和要求,开展返乡农民工精准创业培训;构建返乡农民工学习与交流的多样化平台,营造良好的创业学习氛围。

Based on sample survey data of returning migrant workers from national pilot cities and counties in Shandong Province,this paper constructs a structural equation model to study the impact of rural industrial convergence development perception on different entrepreneurial learning styles.The results are as follows:there is still much room for migrant workers to improve their cognition of rural industrial convergence development and entrepreneurial learning;the improvement of cognition level of rural industrial convergence development is helpful for returning migrant workers to carry out entrepreneurial learning;experiential learning can promote cognitive learning,while experiential learning and cognitive learning provide premise and founda⁃tion for practical learning.In order to promote the entrepreneurship learning of returning migrant workers in the context of rural industrial convergence,the following measures should be taken:to guide the returning migrant workers'in-depth understanding of rural industrial convergence development through strengthening the propa⁃ganda of knowledge and information about rural industrial convergence development;to carry out the precise entrepreneurial training of returning migrant workers according to the trend and requirements of rural industrial convergence development;to create a good entrepreneurial learning atmosphere by building diversified platforms for returning migrant workers to learn and communicate.
