一种氮化硅球模压模具的设计

摘要 氮化硅是一种优良的轴承滚动体材料,其压制模具决定了氮化硅球制造的效率和质量。通过简化装卡方式优化模具结构,并使用冲击韧性更优良的CPM-3V材料制造冲头,结合类金刚石镀膜技术,可以显著延长冲头球窝磨损周期,并同时解决安装难,易碰损、崩角问题,将现有氮化硅球坯的生产效率提高了2~4倍,配套6 t粉末自动成型机,压制速率可达60~144粒/min。 Silicon nitride is an excellent material for rolling elements of bearings,and its pressing die determines efficiency and quality for manufacturing of silicon nitride balls.By simplifying clamping,optimizing die structure and using CPM-3V material with better impact toughness to manufacture punch,combing with diamond-like carbon coating technology,the wear cycle of punch ball socket is significantly extended,and the problems of difficult installation,easy damage and edge crack are solved at the same time.The current production efficiency of silicon nitride billet is increased by 2~4 times.Equipping with 6 ton powder automatic molding machine,the pressing rate reaches 60~144 granules/min.
