摘要
采用天然纤维黄麻对酚醛泡沫进行增韧,对黄麻进行碱处理和油酸处理,红外分析测试表明,黄麻的表面成功引入带有基团—CH_(2)—的长链烷烃,复合泡沫材料的接触角从61°增至89°,疏水性能得到有效改善。将预处理后的黄麻加入酚醛泡沫中进行共混改性,并进行力学性能、热稳定性分析,结果表明:加入1.5%的黄麻效果最好,泡孔的大小更加的稳定均一,酚醛泡沫的表观密度、压缩强度和弯曲强度分别提高了34.3%、61.5%和37.7%。SEM和粉化率测试表明,酚醛复合发泡材料形成稳定均一的泡孔结构,黄麻与酚醛树脂表面的结合强度明显增强,粉化率从18.85%降至5.33%,降幅达71.7%,黄麻的添加对酚醛泡沫的热稳定性能基本无影响。
The natural fiber jute was used to toughen the phenolic foam,and the jute was treated with alkali and oleic acid.The infrared analysis test showed that the surface of the jute successfully introduced long-chain alkanes with the group—CH_(2)—,and the contact angle of the composite foam material was increased from 61° to 89°,the hydrophobic performance has been effectively improved.The pretreated jute was added to the phenolic foam for blending modification,and the mechanical properties and thermal stability were analyzed.The results showed that the effect of adding 1.5%jute was the best,the cell size was more stable and uniform.The apparent density,compressive strength and flexural strength increased by 34.3%,61.5%and 37.7%,respectively.SEM and pulverization rate tested show that the phenolic composite foamed material forms a stable and uniform cell structure,and the bonding strength between jute and phenolic resin surface was significantly enhanced.The pulverization rate was reduced from 18.85%to 5.33%,with a decrease of 71.7%.Addition of jute had basically no effect on the thermal stability of phenolic foam.
