摘要
面对脱贫攻坚向乡村振兴的有效衔接,需要探索高校参与精准帮扶长效机制,应从党建引领,实现驻村帮扶向乡村振兴战略转型;从产业延伸,实现产业帮扶向产业综合体系转型;从文化培育,实现物质帮扶向精神文化脱贫转型。
With the transition from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization,it is necessary to explore the long-term mechanism for colleges and universities to participate in targeted assistance.This paper proposes that colleges should help in three aspects.First,in party building,college should change from from village assistance to rural revitalization strategy.Secondly,in industrial extension,they should change from industrial assistance to industrial comprehensive system.Thirdly,in cultural cultivation,they should change from material assistance to spiritual and cultural poverty alleviation.
