精准扶贫视角下的特色小镇文旅建设困境及化解对策

Straits and Solutions in the Construction of Tourism Characteristic Towns from the Perspective of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

近年来,精准扶贫与文化旅游协同发展,让特色小镇建设取得可喜的成效,但特色小镇建设发展仍有很多困难。特色小镇文旅建设困境主要体现在资源没有得到有效利用,地方政府及工作人员存在过多形式主义,参与主体缺乏积极性三个方面。发掘文化旅游建设与精准扶贫的契合点,构建管理部门联动机制,引进复合型人才,推进多元主体共同发展,是解决以上困境的有效之策,能为实现特色小镇文旅建设奠定基础。

In recenty years,there have been getting great achevements in the construction of torism characteristic towns under the background of targeted poverty alleviation.However,in the costurction of characteristic towns,there are still many straits in three aspects:the resources are not effectively utilized,the local government and workers have too much formalism,and the participants lack enthusiasm.In order to solve these problems,we should find out the joint point of tourism construction and targeted poverty alleviation,build a linkage mechanism of management departments,employ more compound talents,and promote the common development of multiple subjects.
