浅析东汉外戚集团维系政权稳定的制度性安排

Institutional Arrangements of the Consort Clans in Maintaining Political Stability in the Eastern Han Dynasty

终东汉一朝,外戚集团作为一股与统治者密切相关的政治势力始终是东汉政治局势不可忽视的组成部分,而过去的学人在对其的研究上往往更为偏重于外戚集团的腐化堕落对东汉政治的负面作用,而较少涉及外戚集团作为东汉政权制度中不可或缺的组成成分存在时如何在这一政治惯例下发挥其积极作用。本文将从东汉外戚集团维系政权稳定的三个层面——统帅军旅、参预朝政与举荐贤才的举措出发,在吸收前辈学人研究的基础上提出一些新的思考与观点,以期更好地有助于东汉外戚政治的研究。

Throughout the Eastern Han dynasty,consort clans as a family closely related to the ruler’s political power cannot be ignored.Scholars tend to focused on the corruption and negative impactof consort clans on the politics of the Eastern Han dynasty,and pay less attention to how consortgroup,as indispensable component in the Eastern Han dynasty,exists under the political conventions to exert its positive role.This paper will start from three aspects of the consort clans in the Eastern Han Dynasty in maintaining stability of the empire,namely,the action of commanding the military,participating in the government affairs and recommending the wise and talented,and put forward some new thoughts and viewpointson the basis of absorbing the research of the predecessorsin order to better contribute to the study of the consort clans of the Eastern Han Dynasty.
