摘要
听力损伤类辅助器具分为植入式和非植入式两大类。相对于常见的非植入式听力辅具,植入式设备因需要手术植入,其技术复杂度和安全性的要求更高。根据信号刺激位置的不同,植入式设备可分为骨导植入系统、中耳植入系统、人工耳蜗和听觉脑干植入系统。本文系统调查了上述4种植入式设备的技术发展现状。
Hearing impairment assistive devices can be divided into implantable and non-implantable.Compared to nonimplantable hearing aids,implantable devices need surgical implantation,which requires higher technical complexity and safety.According to the specific location where signal stimulates,implantable devices can be divided into bone conduction implants,middle ear implants,cochlear implant and auditory brainstem implants.In this paper,the present technical situation of the four types of implantable devices was systematically investigated.
