摘要
在高速动车组牵引传动系统中,单相整流器的输出电压中存在2倍电网频率的脉动分量,该分量将导致牵引电机的拍频现象。为抑制拍频现象,同时保证列车轻量化需求,取消牵引传动系统中间直流环节的LC谐振支路、优化牵引电机控制算法是解决思路之一。文中首先分析拍频现象的产生机理;然后分析了传统基于频率补偿的拍频抑制算法原理,并加入了采样补偿算法进行优化改进以满足实际工程应用的需求;最后在半实物实时仿真平台上进行测试验证。仿真结果表明,在牵引和制动工况下,给出的改进算法具有更好的拍频抑制效果。
Available DC-link voltage fluctuation with twice of grid frequency in the single-phase rectifier adopted in the high speed EMU traction system will cause the beat frequency phenomenon of traction motor.In order to suppress the beat frequency and meet the train lightweight requirements,when there is no LC resonant circuit,beat-less control strategy is one of the effective solutions.First,this paper analyzed the mechanism of the beat frequency phenomenon.Then,the principle of beat-frequency suppression based on traditional frequency compensation was analyzed.On this basis,a principle of beat-frequency suppression based on traditional frequency compensation combined sample compensation was presented.Finally,this principle was verified in a hardware-in-loop real-time simulation platform.The results show the adopted beat-less control scheme can effectively suppress the beat frequency phenomenon,no matter the traction motors are in traction or electric braking.
