摘要
近年来,地面供电是一项新技术,出现一些新问题。为解决问题,提出了研发有轨电车受电靴储能电容系统技术解决方案。有轨电车受电靴储能电容系统由受电靴电容、充放电控制器、控制微机、显示屏、双向DC变换器、牵引超级电容模块等部件组成,系统并联于有轨电车的网侧供电电路,可以作为地面供电状态的检测装置,改善有轨电车运行中由供电引起的故障,保证车辆运行品质。进行了系统总体方案设计、电路原理设计、部件工程化设计等,完成了控制微机软件和人机界面的设计,在有轨电车上进行了装车试用及试验,达到了设计要求,满足工程应用。
In recent years,ground power supply is a new technology and appeared some new problems.In order to solve the problem,a technical solution for developing the energy storage capacitor system of the electric boots of the tram is proposed.The capacitor energy storage system of collector shoe of Tram system is composed of capacitor of collector shoe,charge and discharge controller,microcomputer control,display,bidirectional DC converter,traction super capacitor modules and other components,the system in parallel to the tram side power supply circuit,can be used as a ground power supply status detection device,improvement in the operation of the tram caused by power supply fault,to ensure the quality of the vehicle.The overall scheme design,circuit principle design,components engineering design have been carried out.The control soflware and human-machine interface design have been completed.The system finished trial and test,which met the design requirements and engineering application.
