摘要
通过建立列车坡道运营状态受力模型,阐述了列车受力情况和坡道长度、坡度等制动过程线路影响参数;建立了包含迎风阻力在内的坡道持续制动热容量仿真分析模型,分析了包括车速、坡道长度和坡度等不同参数设置条件下制动盘温升影响情况。研究分析结果表明:坡度参数对列车制动盘温升影响较大,运营速度不同对制动盘温升影响较小;坡长在40 km以内时随着坡长增加而制动盘温升增加,但坡长达到40 km以上后,温升基本稳定。最后,根据列车坡道持续制动工况制动盘温升影响结论提出了高铁线路坡道设计的建议。
It is expounded the force and the parameters such as length and gradient affecting on braking,with the running model on ramp.Established a simulation model of thermal capacity with continuous braking on ramp,included windward resistance.Analyse the influence of different parameters including speed,length and gradient on braking temperature.It is concluded that the parameters such as gradient and length within 40 km on ramp are great influence on braking temperature,which speed and length without 40 km on ramp has little effect on.It can put forward some suggestions for the ramp setting of high-speed railway operation line from the conclusion.
