摘要
针对接触网新型腕臂进行力学性能试验的问题。简要介绍了一种复合材料腕臂的结构,设计了一种两点静载和单点疲劳新型试验方案,与传统方案进行分析比对,重点应用新型方案研究了腕臂的正向和反向静强度、极限和疲劳性能,同时利用有限元进行分析比对,研究表明:新型方案结构设计合理、满足试验要求,更能准确反映出腕臂的力学性能,腕臂的静强度、极限和疲劳性能满足要求,且与分析结果基本一致。
Main topic of this paper is about mechanical performance test of a new type brachial arm of catenary.It briefly introduces the structure of a composite brachial arm,designs a new test scheme of two-point static loading and single-point fatigue,compares it with the traditional scheme,and focuses on the application of the new scheme to study the forward and reverse static strength,limit,and fatigue performance of the brachial arm.At the same time,the finite element analysis is used to compare the results,and the study shows that the structure of the new scheme is reasonable,meets the test requirements,and can accurately reflect the mechanical properties of the wrist arm,and the static strength,limit and fatigue properties of the wrist arm meet the requirements.And the results are basically consistent with the analysis.
