摘要 闸片偏磨是动车组检修中常见的问题,通常导致闸片磨耗寿命变短。为分析动车组制动闸片偏磨的原因,以CRH2A统型动车组为例,对闸片偏磨的数据进行采集和分析。根据对制动夹钳的工作原理和闸片偏磨原因的分析,提出了加装夹钳防倾斜装置的解决方案,并进行装车运用考核。结果表明,在40万km的运用考核周期内,该改进方案能够有效解决闸片偏磨问题。 The camber wear of the brake disc is a common problem in the maintenance of the EMU,which usually leads to a shortened wear life of the brake disc.In order to analyze rootcause of the eccentric wear of the brake clamp of the EMU,the CRH2 A EMU is taken as an example to collect and analyze the camber wear data of the brake disc.The situation is analyzed according to the working principle of the brake clamp and the cause of the eccentric wear of the brake disc.The solution of installing the clamp anti-tilt device is proposed.And carry out the application assessment of loading.The results show that the improvement scheme can effectively solve the problem of camber wear of the brakes during the 400,000 km application assessment period.
