重载机车网络重联TCN故障节点识别方法研究

摘要 重载机车在使用网络重联方式时多数采用列车通信网络(Train Communication Network,TCN),TCN网关节点为绞线式列车总线(Wire Train Bus,WTB)和多功能车辆总线(Multifunction Vehicle Bus,MVB)之间的连接桥梁,实现两级总线间的通信协议转换。由于外部原因(供电,设备隔离)或者设备自身故障原因导致的TCN网关节点故障,会使得整车的网络控制系统拓扑结构不完整,对整车的控制和监控造成一定风险,因此对故障TCN网关节点的识别显得尤为重要。文中提出一种基于机车编号和重联信号,结合TCN节点索引和实际被控牵引单元编号的故障TCN网关识别方法,提高了列车网络控制系统的安全性、可靠性、可用性和可维修性[1]。 Most heavy haul locomotives use Train Communication Network(TCN)while using network coupling,the TCN gateway node is a bridge between Wire Train Bus(WTB)and Multifunction Vehicle Bus(MVB)to realize communication protocol conversion between the two levels of buses.The failure of the TCN gateway node due to external reasons(power supply,equipment isolation)or the failure of the device itself shall result in incomplete network topology of the entire train and pose certain risks to the control and monitoring of the entire train.Therefore,the identification of fault TCN gateway node are especially important.This paper proposes a fault TCN gateway identification method based on locomotive number and coupling signal,combined with TCN node index and actual controlled traction unit number,which improves the security,reliability,availability and maintainability of the train network control system.
