平衡功能康复训练改善帕金森病患者步态障碍的疗效观察

Effect of balance function rehabilitation training on the improvement of gait disorder in Parkinson’s disease

目的探讨平衡功能康复训练对帕金森病患者步态障碍的改善作用。方法选取2019-11—2020-11就诊于新疆医科大学第二附属医院的80例原发性帕金森病患者为研究对象,随机分为接受平衡训练+药物治疗的训练组和接受常规药物治疗的对照组。平衡训练为期6周,5次/周,30 min/次。2组训练前、训练2周后、训练结束1个月通过一系列多维度结果进行评价,主要评价指标包括帕金森综合评分量表第三部分(unified Parkinson’s disease rating scale,UPDRS-Ⅲ)、H-Y分级(Hoehn-Yahr scale)、Berg平衡量表(Berg balance scale,BBS)、“起立-行走”测试(time up and go test,TUG)。结果训练结束1个月时,训练组UPDRS-Ⅲ总分(16.95±3.80)、H-Y分级(2.26±0.51)、TUG试验时间(13.28±6.13)、Berg平衡量表总分(50.3±5.38)均较前显著改善(P<0.05),且优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论平衡训练+药物治疗可明显改善帕金森病患者的步态障碍,效果优于常规抗帕金森病药物治疗。

Objective To investigate the effect of balance function rehabilitation training on the improvement of gait disorder in Parkinson’s disease.Methods From November 2019 to November 2020,80 patients with primary Parkinson’s disease who were treated at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a training group receiving balance training+drug therapy and a control receiving conventional drug therapy group.The balance training lasts for 6 weeks,5 times/week,30 minutes/time.The two groups were evaluated through a series of multi-dimensional results before training,2 weeks after training,and 1 month after training.The main evaluation indicators include the third part of the unified Parkinson􀆳s disease rating scale(UPDRS-Ⅲ),Hoehn-Yahr scale,Berg balance scale(BBS),time up and go test(TUG).Results One month after the training,the results showed that the training group UPDRS-Ⅲ(16.95±3.80),Hoehn-Yahr scale(2.26±0.51),TUG(13.28±6.13),BBS(50.3±5.38)were significantly improved(P<0.05),and better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Balance training+drug therapy can significantly improve the gait disorder of patients with Parkinson’s disease,and the effect is better than conventional anti-Parkinson’s disease drug therapy.
