正念在规培医师职业倦怠与社会支持之间的中介作用 被引量:9

The mediating role of mindfulnessin job burnout and social support among regular training doctors

摘要 目的探讨正念在规培医师职业倦怠与社会支持之间的中介作用,为提高规培医师的工作热情和医疗服务水平提供科学依据。方法随机选取2020年5月~6月安徽省内5家有规培资质的三甲医院,采取整群抽样,纳入493名规培医师为调查对象。采用职业倦怠量表(CMBI)、5因素正念量表(FFMQ)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS),分别测量规培医师职业倦怠、社会支持及正念程度。采用Pearson相关分析正念、职业倦怠、社会支持相关性,并利用Bootstrap进行中介效应检验。结果调查对象CMBI得分为(50.32±12.51)分,FFMQ得分为(103.89±12.19)分,SSRS得分为(36.24±7.17)分;CMBI总分与FFMQ总分呈负相关(r=-0.512,P<0.001),CMBI总分与SSRS总分呈负相关(r=-0.275,P<0.001),SSRS总分与FFMQ总分呈正相关(r=0.340,P<0.001);Bootstrap中介效应检验成立,模型为部分中介模型,中介效应量为-0.23(P<0.001),中介效应占总效应比为51.55%。结论在规培医师群体,社会支持可以影响其职业倦怠水平,而正念是重要的中介因素。 Objective To explore the mediating role of mindfulness between job burnout and social support of regular training doctors,so as to provide a scientific basis for improving their work enthusiasm and medical service level.Methods Five third-class hospitals with regular training qualifications in Anhui Province from May to June 2020 were randomly selected and selected by cluster sampling.A total of 493 trained doctors were recruited in the study.Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory(CMBI),Five Facet Mindfulness Questionaire(FFMQ)and Social Spuport Rate Scale(SSRS)were used to measure the level of job burnout,social support and mindfulness.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation among mindfulness,job burnout and social support.Bootstrap was used to test the mediating effect.Results The CMBI,FFMQ and SSRS scores of the regular training doctors were(50.32±12.51),(103.89±12.19)and(36.24±7.17).The total score of CMBI was negatively correlated with the total score of FFMQ(r=0.512,P<0.001).The total score of CMBI was negatively correlated with the total score of SSRS(r=0.275,P<0.001).The total score of SSRS was positively correlated with the total score of FFMQ(r=0.340,P<0.001).Bootstrap intermediary effect test was established,the model was a partial intermediary model,the amount of intermediary effect was-0.23(P<0.001),and the ratio of intermediary effect to total effect was 51.55%.Conclusions In the group of regular training doctors,social support can affect their job burnout level,and mindfulness is an important intermediary factor.
