建构成果导向教师成长发展体系是落实国家职业教育改革实施方案精神,提高高职教育质量的客观要求和重要途径。其重要意义在于避免项目成果浪费、突出项目成果导向、对接项目成果内容,提高高职院校教学质量。成果导向教师发展体系是基于西方成果导向教育理念的教师能力发展新模式,其设计应明确其指导思想、基本特征、基本步骤、开发类型及考核评价等方面。

The construction of results-oriented teacher growth and development system is an objective requirement and an important way to implement the spirit of the national vocational education reform and improve the quality of higher vocational education.Its important significance is to avoid waste of project results,highlight the guidance of project results,connect the content of project results,and improve the teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.Results-oriented teacher development system is a new model of teacher ability development based on the western concept of results-oriented education.Its design should clarify guiding ideology,basic characteristics,basic steps,development types and evaluation.
