摘要
性别结构作为教师结构的重要组成部分,影响着教师队伍结构的发展。小学教师队伍性别结构失衡问题在我国尤为突出,小学教师队伍中男教师越来越少,女教师不断增多,教师性别结构失衡不利于小学生的身心发展,进而阻碍我国基础教育的质量的提高。从心理学、教育学理论出发,深入探讨小学教师性别结构失衡的问题,通过对小学教师结构均衡的重要性和失衡的危害性的阐述以及性别结构失衡原因的分析,提出提高小学教师的工资待遇、提高小学教师的社会地位和自我职业认同感、提高师范院校招生的男生比例和进一步发挥在职男教师的积极作用的优化建议。
As an important part of teacher structure,gender structure affects the development of teacher structure.The unbalanced gender structure of primary school teachers is particularly prominent in China.There are fewer male teachers and more female teachers in the primary school teachers.The unbalanced gender structure of teachers is not conducive to the physical and mental development of primary school students,and thus hinders the improvement of the quality of basic education in China.This paper starts from the theories of psychology and pedagogy,and discusses the problem of unbalanced gender structure of primary school teachers.Through the elaboration of the importance and harmfulness of unbalanced gender structure of primary school teachers and the analysis of the causes of unbalanced gender structure,this paper puts forward the optimization suggestions of improving the salary treatment of primary school teachers,improving the social status and self-occupation identity of primary school teachers,increasing the proportion of male students enrolled in normal universities and further playing the positive role of in-service male teachers.
