新型多元催化铁碳微电解填料的研制及应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高气田污水的处理效果,降低处理费用,研制了一种以高炉除尘灰为主要原料的新型多元催化铁碳微电解填料,该填料是在高炉除尘灰中添加一定量的活化剂、制孔剂与黏结剂,经过研磨制粉、搅拌混合、压制成型、晾晒与高温烧结等工艺制成。新型多元催化铁碳微电解填料用于气田污水处理时,以其对污水浊度的去除率为目标值,首先采用单因素实验法筛选出对气田污水浊度去除率影响较大的配方与制备工艺参数指标;再利用Design Expert 10的Box-Behnken软件,对活化剂、制孔剂、黏结剂的含量、烧结温度等设计了实验方案、给出了优化模型;最后依据优化成果,制备了新型多元催化铁碳微电解填料。该填料中高炉除尘灰的用量高达74%,与常规铁碳微电解填料相比,去除率平均提高了12.74%。新型多元催化铁碳具有活性强、净化效果好的优点,而且制造成本低,可实现工业固废物的绿色循环利用。 In order to improve the treatment effect of gas field wastewater and reduce the treatment cost,a new type of multielement catalysis iron-carbon micro-electrolysis packing is developed with blast furnace dust as the main raw material.The packing is made by adding a certain amount of activating agent,pore-making agent and bonding agent into the dust of blast furnace,through grinding,mixing,pressing,drying,high temperature sintering and other processes.When the new multielement catalysis iron-carbon micro-electrolysis packing is used in the treatment of gas field wastewater,the target value is the removal rate of wastewater turbidity.First,the single factor experiment method is used to screen the formula and preparation parameters which have great influence on the turbidity removal rate of the gas field wastewater.Then the Box-Behnken software of Design Expert 10 is used to design an experiment plan for the four variables,including activating agent,pore-making agent,bonding agent and sintering temperature,and develop an optimization model.Finally,according to the results of optimization,a new type of multielement catalysis iron-carbon micro-electrolysis packing is prepared.The amount of blast furnace dust removal ash in the filler was as high as 74%.In a comparative experiment with conventional iron-carbon micro-electrolysis fillers,the average removal rate was increased by 12.74%.The new multielement catalysis iron-carbon has the advantage of strong activity,good purification effect,low production cost and can realize the green recycling of industrial solid waste.
