摘要
由于南海大气区海底管网建设已具规模,作为崖城-香港海底管线的一个主要分支,陵水17-2气田的顺利投产将是南海深水气田开发的一个重要里程碑,而气田投产时的气源来源将是关键的一环,直接制约着气田能否安全顺利地投产。采用崖城—香港海管管网将天然气反向输送到陵水17-2气田的工艺设计将会满足此要求,且工艺设计简单、操作性强、所需时间短,其主要作用体现在投产初期外输457.2 mm海底管线调试阶段的海管氮气置换、透平发电机燃气模式调试及发电、3台干气压缩机的进气调试、惰气发生器的燃气模式调试等方面,管网天然气输送到陵水17-2平台也有助于气田在正常生产期间遇到紧急关停后的快速复产及东西区海底管线的清管作业。同时,利用管网天然气进行投产调试及正常生产期间关停恢复的方式也为南海的天然气开发提供了一个思路,是中国南海大气区深海气田开发的一项重要举措。
As the subsea pipe network in the South China Sea large nature gas zone has been established,as a major branch of the Yacheng-Hong Kong subsea pipeline,the smooth operation of Lingshui 17-2 gas field will be an important milestone in the deep-water gas field development of the South China Sea,and the gas source at the time of production will be a key link,directly restricting the smooth and safe operation of the gas field.The nature gas reverse transmission from Yacheng-Hong Kong offshore pipeline to Lingshui 17-2 gas field pipeline process design will meet the requirements,and it has the characteristics of simple process design,strong operability,short time required.Its main function embodies in the nitrogen replacement of offshore pipeline in the commissioning stage,gas turbine generator model debugging and power generation,3 sets of dry gas compressor inlet commissioning,and commissioning of the inert gas generator gas mode and other aspects of 457.2 mm transmission subsea pipe in the early production period.Meanwhile,natural gas transmission from pipeline network to Lingshui 17-2 platform is also helpful for the rapid resumption of production when the platform is shut down in emergency during normal production and pigging ball operation of the east-west area subsea pipelines.Also,the way of commissioning and shutting down by using the pipeline natural gas during normal production provides an idea for the development of natural gas in the South China Sea,which is an important measure for the development of deep-sea gas fields in the South China Sea large nature gas zone.
