摘要
在油田站场视频监控系统应用中,存在室外摄像机网络信号浪涌保护器设计标准不一致、无明确规范可遵循的问题,为此通过对相关规范的解读和现场条件分析,开展了室外监控前端信号采用不同介质传输时前端网络信号浪涌保护器安装必要性研究。研究结果表明,当前后端或两个前端之间的信号传输采用双绞线时,监控前端接线箱内应设置网络信号浪涌保护器,传输设备与摄像机之间不设网络信号浪涌保护器;当前后端或两个前端之间的信号传输采用光缆时,不需要安装网络信号浪涌保护器,只需将光缆金属构件接入接地系统。另外,应加强规范修订工作,补充油田站场室外监控前端信号采用不同介质传输时前端浪涌保护器安装条件与要求,以供油田设计人员参考。
In the application of oilfield station video monitoring system,there are problems such as inconsistent design standards of outdoor camera network signal SPD and no clear specifications to follow.Therefore,through the interpretation of relevant specifications and analysis of field conditions,the necessity of installation of front network signal SPD is studied when the front signals of outdoor monitoring are transmitted by different media.The study result shows that when the signal is transmitted via the twisted-pair wire between the front and end or the two fronts,the network signal SPD should be mounted in the junction box in the front of the monitoring device,and no SPD should be installed between the transmission device and the camera.When the signal is transmitted via the optical cable between the front and end or the two fronts,there is no need to install the network signal SPD,only need to connect the metal parts of the optical cable to the ground system.Also,the specification modification should be completed and the installation conditions and requirements of the front SPD are supplemented when the front signals of outdoor monitoring in the oilfield station are transmitted by different media,so as to provide reference for oilfield designers.
