磁锚定技术辅助胸腔镜肺切除术的手术护理配合

Surgical Nursing of Assisted Thoracoscopic Pulmonary Resection with Magnetic Anchor Technique

目的总结磁锚定技术(Magnetic Anchor Technique,MAT)辅助胸腔镜肺切除术的手术配合要点及注意事项。方法总结在西安交通大学第一附属医院接受MAT辅助胸腔镜肺切除的11例患者的基本临床资料和手术实施过程,从器械护士和巡回护士角度分析手术护理配合要点和注意事项。结果术中根据手术进程准确递送磁锚定相关器械,避免锚定磁体和内置抓钳的与其他常规器械间的相互吸引是手术护理配合的关键要点。结论术前与术者沟通MAT辅助胸腔镜肺切除手术过程、学习MAT相关知识能有效提高手术中的护理配合默契程度,确保手术顺利开展。

Objective To summarize the main points and precautions of magnetic anchor technique(MAT)assisted thoracoscopic pulmonary resection.Methods The basic clinical data and operation process of 11 patients receiving MAT assisted thoracoscopic pulmonary resection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong university were summarized.From the point of view of instrument nurses and itinerant nurses,the main points and precautions of surgical nursing cooperation were analyzed.Results It was the key point of surgical nursing cooperation to deliver magnetic anchor related instruments accurately according to the operation process and to avoid the mutual attraction between anchor magnets and internal grasper and other conventional instruments.Conclusion Preoperative communication with operators about MAT to assist thoracoscopic pulmonary resection and learning relevant knowledge of MAT can effectively improve the degree of nursing cooperation in the operation and ensure the smooth operation.
