Research and Application of Mobile Remote Diagnosis and Treatment Robot

目的建立移动远程诊疗系统,优化我院远程诊疗模式,将原来固定式远程诊疗中心转变为移动式远程诊疗模式,提高我院远程诊疗的工作效率、诊疗质量和临床满意度。方法建立移动远程诊疗的工作流程,结合“移动互联网+医疗”的新方法、新思路,通过信息化远程技术,借助现代音、视频传输技术和数字处理技术来构建一套移动远程机器人诊疗系统。结果系统应用7个月以来,相比固定式远程诊疗中心,医护人员的满意度提升了22.45%,远程诊疗质量提升了35.72%,使用积极性得到了极大的提升。结论该系统创新了我院远程诊疗模式,进一步提高了远程诊疗效率和使用便捷性。

Objective To establish a mobile telemedicine system for remote consultation,optimize the remote consultation mode of our hospital,change the original consultation mode into a mobile remote mode,and improve the efficiency,quality,and clinical satisfaction of remote consultation in our hospital.Methods Through the development of work flow for mobile remote consultation system,combined with the new idea of mobile“internet+medical”,using the informationalized remote technology,with the help of modern audio and video transmission technology,as well as digital processing technology,a set of mobile remote consultation robot was constructed.Results Since the application of the system for seven months,compared with the traditional consultation mode,the satisfaction of medical staff had increased by 22.45%,the quality of remote consultation increased by 35.72%,and the initiative of using this system had been greatly improved.Conclusion The system innovates the telemedicine mode of our hospital,and further improves the efficiency and convenience of remote consultation.
