Discussion on Standardization and Refinement Management of Medical Equipment Purchase Contract

目的随着医疗技术的不断发展,现代医疗诊断治疗更多的是依赖于医疗设备,医疗设备合同管理已成为设备采购供应中的关键环节。方法本文通过分析我院合同管理工作存在问题及风险点,结合我省各大医院合同管理现状,归纳了规范医疗设备采购合同管理的措施、流程、合同审核重点、标准模版,介绍了设备采购合同执行各阶段管理工作及注意事项,剖析医疗设备采购合同管理容易忽视的风险及应对措施。结果合同会签时间明显缩短,合同条款的协商修改量减少,合同条款更加公正、合理,试运行以来合同的执行效率也比以前有显著提高,基本杜绝了合同纠纷事件的发生。结论规范的合同管理不仅能有效维护医院利益、规避合同纠纷,也有利于设备管理部门提升管理、提高工作效率。

Objective With the continuous development of medical technology,modern medical diagnosis and treatment relies more on medical equipment,and the management of medical equipment contract has become a key link in equipment procurement and supply.Methods This paper analyzed the problems and risk points in the contract management of our hospital,combined with the current status of contract management in major hospitals in our province,summarized the measures,procedures,key points of contract examination and standard templates for standardizing the management of medical equipment procurement contracts.In addition,this paper introduced the management work and matters needing attention in each stage of the execution of the equipment purchase contract,and analyzed the risks that were easy to be ignored in the management of the medical equipment purchase contract and the countermeasures.Results The contract signing time has been significantly shortened,the amount of negotiation and modification of contract terms has been reduced,and the contract terms have been more fair and reasonable.Since the trial operation,the execution efficiency of the contract has also been significantly improved than before,and the occurrence of contract disputes has basically been eliminated.Conclusion Standardized contract management can not only effectively protect the interests of hospitals and avoid contract disputes,but also help equipment management departments to improve management and improve work efficiency.
