The ultrasonic high-frequency integration technology integrates the functions of high-frequency electrotome and ultrasonic scalpel.It fully realizes the functional integration of fine,free,and large vessel coagulation(diameter 5~7 mm),and plays a great role in clinical surgery.In this paper,we will review and discuss the advantages,clinical application value,and problems in the clinical practice of ultrasonic high-frequency integration technology.The technology can provide accurate,effective cutting and more efficient hemostasis effect in various endoscopic surgeries.It also has good economic benefits.In view of the problem that the market price is far higher than the charging standard,and as a result the government should adopt centralized bidding and purchase,reduce the price,or implement the exclusive charging to provide favorable conditions for the promotion of new technology.
