阐述腹部手术后胃肠道功能紊乱的发生机制和影响因素,综述腹部手术后胃肠道功能紊乱早期快速康复措施的研究进展。指出今后在对腹部术后胃肠道功能紊乱病人临床实践的过程中应不断完善早期快速康复方案的应用,将理论与实践结合起来,为胃肠道功能紊乱的病人提供全面且针对性的护理治疗,促进病人早期康复。

The mechanism and influencing factors of gastrointestinal dysfunction after abdominal surgery were explained.It reviewed the research progress of early and rapid rehabilitation measures for gastrointestinal dysfunction after abdominal surgery.It was pointed out that in the future clinical practice of patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction after abdominal surgery,the application of early rapid rehabilitation programs should be continuously improved,and theory and practice should be combined to provide comprehensive and targeted care for patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction,so as to promote the patient′s early recovery.
