摘要 为探究不同来源的嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌对养殖场常用抗菌药物的耐药性差异,参照CLSI标准采用微量肉汤稀释法测定2种不同来源菌株的最小抑菌浓度(MIC值),采用统计学分析方法进行统计分析,并采用PCR方法检测其耐药基因携带情况。结果表明,养殖场人源嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌对兽医临床常用的抗菌药物耐药水平较高,对人医临床治疗嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌感染常用的磺胺类与四环素类仍具有较高的耐药水平,且表现出多重耐药,最高有7重。医院人源嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌对多西环素、金霉素、氟苯尼考、复方新诺明、恩诺沙星、氧氟沙星6种抗菌药物表现出高度敏感性,对四环素、磺胺异噁唑、多粘菌素B、头孢他啶、庆大霉素、奥格门丁、亚胺培南、氨苄西林、头孢噻呋、大观霉素10种药物具有较高的耐药水平,耐药重数最高有6重。说明来自养殖场环境中的人源嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌对人医临床不常用的药物表现出较高的耐药性,并且对人医临床常用于嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌感染治疗的药物具有较高的耐药性。医院人源嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌耐药谱相对较窄,且对不常用于人医临床的药物多西环素、金霉素、氟苯尼考、恩诺沙星等药物都表现出了较高的敏感性。 In order to explore the difference of drug resistance of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia from different sources to commonly used antibacterial in farms,according to the CLSI standard,the MIC value of the two strains from different sources was determined by the micro broth dilution method,the statistical analysis method was used for statistical analysis,and the PCR method was used to detect its drug resistance gene.The results showed that the human-derived Stenotrophomonas maltophilia from the farm had a high level of resistance to antibacterial drugs commonly used in veterinary clinics.It also had a relatively high level of resistance to sulfonamides and tetracyclines commonly used in clinical treatment of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia infection,and showed multiple drug resistance,which reached septuple resistance at most.Human-derived Stenotrophomonas maltophilia from the hospital showed high sensitivity to 6 antibacterial drugs:doxycycline,chlortetracycline,florfenicol,SMZ-TMP,enrofloxacin and ofloxacin.It also showed relatively high resistance to 10 drugs,including tetracycline,sulfisoxazole,polymyxin B,ceftazidime,gentamicin,augmentin,imipenem,ampicillin,ceftiofur and spectinomycin,the maximum number of drug resistance was 6.It′s concluded that the human-derived Stenotrophomonas maltophilia from the farm environment showed relatively high resistance to drugs both not commonly used in clinical medicine and often used in the treatment of Stenotropho-monas maltophilia infection in clinical medicine.Human-derived Stenotrophomonas maltophilia from the hospital had a relatively narrow drug resistance spectrum,and it showed higher sensitivity to drugs not commonly used in clinical medicine,such as doxycycline,chlortetracycline,florfenicol,enrofloxacin,etc.
