摘要
在生态位理论框架下,以我国30个省市2002年—2018年面板数据作为实证分析对象,研究各省市生态位发展进程,并构建STIRPAT模型测算双向FDI对工业用水量的具体影响。研究发现,样本期内各省市生态位程度并不相同,北京等6省市为高生态位地区,河南等11省市为低生态位地区。双向FDI在不同生态位地区中表现出明显的区域差异:IFDI促进了低生态位地区工业用水量的增加,而对中、高生态位地区的工业用水量表现为抑制作用;OFDI促进了中、低生态位地区工业用水量的增加,但在高生态位地区中表现为抑制作用。各地要因地制宜,合理规划双向FDI结构布局,提高工业用水效率。
Under the framework of niche theory,this paper takes the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2002 to 2018 as the empirical analysis object to study the niche development process of each province and cities,and constructs STIRPAT model to calculate the specific impact of two-way FDI on industrial water consumption.The results show that:in the sample period,the degree of niche is not the same in all provinces and cities,6 provinces and cities such as Beijing are high niche areas,11 provinces and cities such as Henan are low niche areas.Two way FDI showed obvious regional differences in different niche areas:IFDI promotes the increase of industrial water consumption in low niche areas,but inhibits the industrial water consumption in medium and high niche areas;OFDI promotes the increase of industrial water consumption in medium and low niche areas,but inhibits the industrial water consumption in high niche areas.The paper proposes that all localities should adjust measures to local conditions,reasonably plan the structure and layout of two-way FDI,and improve the efficiency of industrial water use.
