摘要
基于组织社会学理论、资源依赖理论、共生理论等校企合作相关基础理论,根据我国目前大数据人才培养的现实状况,提出了大数据人才培养的“五共契约体”校企合作人才培养模式。“五共契约体”校企合作模式是高校与企业共同深入融合,形成“使命共识、职责共商、资源共建、师资共用、成果共享”的校企合作新模式,该模式为高素质、高技能型大数据人才培养提供了新的路径。
Based on organizational sociology theory,resource dependence theory,symbiosis theory and other relevant basic theories of college-enterprise cooperation,according to the current situation of big data talent training in China,this paper puts forward the“five common contracts”college-enterprise cooperation talent training mode of big data talent training.The“Five Common Contract”college-enterprise cooperation mode is a new school-enterprise cooperation mode featuring in-depth integration of colleges and enterprises to form“mission consensus,responsibility consultation,resource co-construction,teacher sharing and achievement sharing”.This mode provides a new path for the training of high-quality and highly skilled big data talents.
