某深海多金属硫化矿浮选工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 某深海多金属硫化矿为深海热液沉积物,主要有用矿物为黄铜矿,伴生有黄铁矿、白铁矿、闪锌矿,非金属矿物含量较低。在浮选过程中,矿石性质变化很快,对流程稳定性影响较大,同时矿浆中有大量金属离子给分离带来难度。针对这些问题开展了详细的试验研究,结果表明:联合使用抑制剂BK612和石灰,能够有效抑制脉石矿物,提高浮选分选性,同时能够保证浮选流程的稳定性;采用高效捕收剂BK915能够适应深海硫化矿浮选需要,获得合格铜精矿,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占85%条件下,以石灰、BK612为抑制剂、BK915为捕收剂、BK204为起泡剂,经1粗3精2扫闭路浮选试验,获得的精矿铜品位24.03%、铜回收率88.22%。 The main useful mineral of a deep-sea hydrothermal deposit is chalcopyrite,associated with pyrite,sphaler⁃ite,and the content of non-metallic minerals is low.In the process of flotation,the property of the ore change rapidly,which has a great impact on the stability of the flotation process.At the same time,there are a lot of metal ions in the pulp,which makes the separation difficult.In order to solve these problems,a detailed experimental study was carried out.The results show that:the combined use of BK612 and lime can effectively inhibit gangue minerals,improve flotation separation,and en⁃sure the stability of flotation process.The high efficiency collector BK915 can meet the needs of deep-sea sulfide flotation and obtain qualified copper concentrate.When the grind fineness is-0.074 mm 85%,with lime and BK612 as inhibitor,BK915 as collector and BK204 as frother,via one roughing three cleaning two scavenging closed circuit flotation process,the grade of copper concentrate is 24.03%,and the recovery rate of copper is 88.22%.
