基于单片机ADuCM320i的光电收发模块控制设计

摘要 基于单片机ADuCM320i进行了光电收发模块的控制设计。首先设计了模块的控制电路,包括MCU外接控制和监控电路、激光器驱动电路、激光器发射光功率监控电路以及激光器温度控制电路等,同时介绍了电路的工作原理。其次,针对所设计的控制电路进行了控制软件设计,主要包括DDM及告警上报、温度补偿算法以及激光器光功率自动控制算法等,同时对控制软件的工作流程做了阐述。最后,针对所设计的光电收发模块进行了测试并做了必要的结果分析,测试内容包括模块的I2C访问功能、DDM查询与告警上报功能以及激光器光功率稳定度测试,测试功能均正常且光功率误差在高温、低温及常温环境下均小于5%,满足工程应用要求。 This article is based on the single-chip microcomputer ADuCM320i for the control design of the photoelectric transceiver module.First,a design about control circuit of the module has been given,including external control and monitoring circuit of MCU,laser drive circuit,monitoring circuit of laser emission power and laser temperature control circuit,etc.At the same time,the working principle of the circuits has been introduced.Then,the control software is designed for the control circuit,which mainly includes DDM and alarm reporting,temperature compensation algorithm,and laser optical power automatic control algorithm.At the same time,the workflow of the control software has been explained.Finally,the designed optical transceiver module is tested and the necessary result analysis has been done.The test content includes the module's I2C access,query for DDM and alarm reporting,and laser optical power stability test.The test functions are normal and the error of optical power is less than 5%in high temperature,low temperature and normal temperature environment,which meets engineering application requirements.
