基于NR覆盖的NSA锚点优选策略研究 被引量:2

摘要 目前,中国移动NSA网络主要以FDD 1800 MHz为锚点,为保障NSA用户充分享用5G业务,需要在锚点覆盖区域基于锚点优先策略将5G用户从非锚点小区迁移到锚点小区,即在用户接入LTE网络后根据UE能力和签约属性判断用户是否为NSA用户。针对NSA用户启用一套专用区别于普通4G用户业务态和空闲态的切换和重选参数,保证NSA用户尽可能驻留到高优先级锚点频点,进而在锚点添加NR载波进行5G业务。传统锚点优先级在进行NSA用户迁移的时候仅考虑了锚点信号质量而未对NR信号质量进行判决,导致NSA用户在无NR覆盖的区域切换到锚点小区出现“假5G”问题和占用锚点小区边缘弱场感知差的问题。针对传统锚点优先级的缺陷提出了基于NR覆盖的锚点优先级策略,即在NR覆盖满足的前提下生效锚点优先级策略,将无NR覆盖区域锚点优先策略转换为LTE only切换策略。 At present,China mobile NSA network main FDD 1800 MHz as anchor,to protect the NSA users fully enjoying 5G,need to anchor coverage based on anchor preferential policies will be 5G users from not migrated to anchor anchor village village,after the user access LTE according to UE capacity and signing attributes to determine whether a user for the NSA.For NSA users,a set of special switching and reselecting parameters,which are different from the service state and idle state of ordinary 4G users,is enabled to ensure that NSA users reside at high-priority anchor point frequency points as far as possible,and then NR carriers are added at anchor points to carry out 5G services.The traditional priority of anchor point only considers the quality of anchor point signal but does not judge the quality of NR signal during NSA user migration,which leads to the problem of“fake 5G”and poor perception of weak field occupying the edge of anchor point cell when NSA users switch to the area without NR coverage.Aiming at the defects of traditional anchor point priority,an anchor point priority policy based on NR coverage was proposed,that is,the anchor point priority policy took effect under the premise that NR coverage was satisfied,and the anchor point priority policy in non-NR coverage area was transformed into an LTE only switching strategy.
