摘要 车牌识别技术的探索可以促进交通车辆的智能化和网络化管理,在交通监控和车辆管理中有着显著作用。基于树莓派3B+的车牌识别和车辆监控以及车辆检测技术,并通过TCP/IP协议将高清摄像头图像上传至阿里云AI服务平台来完成车牌识别,利用MJPG-streamer视频流服务器高效监控车辆,并将保存下来的IP地址形式的数据流信息通过RTMP协议上传至OneNET物联网开放平台,解决传统视频传输时效差的问题。此外,该系统应用于停车管理能够有效缓解当下车辆管理的压力。 The exploration of license plate recognition technology can promote the intelligent and network management of traffic vehicles,which plays a significant role in traffic monitoring and vehicle management.This system is based on raspberry 3B+license plate recognition,vehicle monitoring and vehicle detection technology,and uploads high-definition camera images to Alibaba cloud server to complete license plate recognition based on TCP/IP protocol.MJPG-streamer stream server is used to monitor vehicles efficiently,and the saved data stream information in the form of IP address is uploaded to onenet Internet of Things open platform through RTMP protocol to solve the problem the traditional video transmission time is poor.The application of the system in parking management can effectively alleviate the current difficulties of vehicle management.
