摘要
受中国文化情境的影响,逢迎行为已经发展成为下属处理好与领导关系并避免冲突的一种常见策略。但是,国内学者对员工逢迎行为的研究十分有限。鲜有学者对员工逢迎行为相关文献和研究成果进行系统的梳理和述评,在一定程度上制约了员工逢迎行为的相关研究和实践。文章对员工逢迎的内涵结构和测量、影响因素、结果变量及作用机制进行了系统的梳理与述评,并在此基础上提出未来研究方向。
In accordance with the Chinese cultural situation,ingratiation behavior has developed into a common strategy for subordinates to get on will with their leaders and avoid conflicts.However,researches on these ingratiation behavior in the field of organizational context are very limited.At present,few scholars have systematically sorted out and reviewed the relevant literature and research results of employee ingratiation behavior.This,to a certain extent,has restricted the relevant research and practice of employee ingratiation behavior.In this paper,the structure and measurement,antecedent variables,outcome variables and mediation mechanism of employee ingratiation are systematically sorted out and reviewed.And on this basis,the future research direction is proposed.
