New Engines,New Models,New Forms:A Study about the World Significance of Shared Development

随着经济全球化的不断深入发展,以资本主义为主导的全球化体系之弊端日益凸显,其最为典型的表现是:以资本为导向的发展引擎致使全球经济增长动能互相钳制,难以支撑世界经济持续稳定增长;以新帝国主义为特征的经济霸权导致全球经济治理滞后,难以顺应当今世界经济形势新转变;以“我向性”发展思维为特性的新自由主义放任全球发展失衡,难以满足人们对美好生活的期待。在这种情况下,共享发展理念因其所内含对公平正义的价值追求和共生共荣的原则要求而透射出深远的世界历史意义。其中,共建为全球经济增长提供新引擎,共商为全球经济治理提供新模式,共享为全球均衡发展提供新样态。以共享发展理念为指引,中国通过积极构建“一带一路”“亚投行”等共建创新平台、致力提升发展中国家在全球经济治理中的话语权、主动打造“全球增长共赢链”,从而为实现世界经济平稳公正均衡发展提供了切实可行的中国方案。

With the continuous development of economic globalization,the disadvantages of the globalization system dominated by capitalism have become increasingly prominent.There are three most typical manifestations.Firstly,the capital-oriented development engine has caused all types of momentum of global economic growth to be mutually restrained and it is difficult to support the sustained and stable growth of the world economy.Secondly,economic hegemony characterized by new imperialism has led to the lagging of global economic governance and it is difficult to adapt to the new changes in the current world economic situation.Finally,neoliberalism with the characteristic of“I-oriented”development thinking lead to the imbalance of global development,which is difficult to meet people s expectations for a better life.Facing of these difficulties,the concept of shared development becomes historically and globally significant because of its value requirements for fairness and justice and the principle of symbiosis and prosperity.Specifically,co-construction provides a new engine for global economic growth,wide consultation provides a new model for global economic governance,and sharing provides a new model for global balanced development.In practice,guided by the sharing principle,China strives to improve the voice of developing countries in global economic governance by actively building innovative platforms such as the the Belt and Road Initiatives and the“Asian Investment Bank”,and actively builds a“win-win global growth chain”.Thus,China has provided a practical Chinese plan for the stable,fair and balanced development of the world economy.
