sLOX-1、H-FABP蛋白水平变化与老年急性心肌梗死患病的关系分析 被引量:3

Analysis of the relationship between the changes of sLOX-1 and H-FABP protein levels and the prevalence of acute myocardial infarction in the elderly

摘要 目的探讨可溶性凝集素样氧化型低密度脂蛋白受体-1(soluble lectin-like oxidized low density lipoprotein receptor-1,sLOX-1)和心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(heart-fatty acid binding protein,H-FABP)蛋白水平变化与老年急性心肌梗死患病的关系.方法选取2017年1月—2019年6月于中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇四医院急诊科治疗的老年急性心肌梗死患者80例,同时选取80例于本院体检中心进行健康查体的老年人作为对照,探索两组人员sLOX-1、H-FABP蛋白水平变化.结果比较治疗前两组人员血清中的sLOX-1、H-FABP水平检测,发现老年急性心肌梗死患者血清中的sLOX-1、H-FABP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05).同时老年急性心肌梗死患者随着发病时间增加其血清内的sLOX-1、H-FABP表达逐渐升高(P<0.05).同时进行logisitic回归分析发现sLOX-1和H-FABP与急性心肌梗死的发生密切相关.结论sLOX-1、H-FABP蛋白水平变化可以明显反应出老年急性心肌梗死患者发病时间的长短,有利于及时确定发病时间,及早进行有效治疗. Objective To investigate the relationship between the changes of soluble lectin-like oxidized low density lipoprotein receptor-1(sLOX-1)and heart-fatty fatty acid binding protein(H-FABP)protein levels and the incidence of acute myocardial infarction in the elderly.Methods 80 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from January 2017-June 2019 were selected as controls.The changes of sLOX-1 and H-FABP protein levels in the two groups were explored.Results The serum levels of sLOX-1 and H-FABP in the two groups before treatment were compared.The serum levels of sLOX-1 and H-FABP in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the expression of sLOX-1 and H-FABP in serum of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction increased with the onset time(P<0.05).At the same time,logistic regression analysis showed that sLOX-1 and H-FABP were closely related to the occurrence of acute myocardial infarction.Conclusion The changes of sLOX-1 and H-FABP protein levels can clearly reflect the duration of the onset of acute myocardial infarction in the elderly,which is conducive to timely determination of the onset time and early effective treatment.
