连续性肾脏替代治疗相关血流感染的影响因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨在连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)患者过程中感染的危险因素及预防干预对策.方法选取2018年7月—2019年7月重症医学科收治的370例行CRRT治疗的患者为研究对象,对患者的临床资料(性别、年龄、疾病病种、置管留置时间、置管次数、检验指标等)进行分析.结果CRRT相关血流感染发生率为7.30%,其主要影响因素为年龄、CRRT治疗时间、置管时穿刺次数、营养是否达标.结论针对感染的主要影响因素,制定预防及护理方案,可有效控制CRRT患者医院感染的发生. Objective To investigate the risk factors of bloodstream infection in patients with continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)and the measures to prevention.Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,370 cases were selected from the intensive care department of our hospital.Patients treated with CRRT were selected as the study objects,and the clinical data(sex,age,disease,indwelling time,test index and so on)of the patients were analyzed.The indwelling time,indwelling position,indwelling number and test index were analyzed.Results The incidence of infection of blood flow related to CRRT was 7.30%,and the main influencing factors were age,duration of CRRT treatment,number of puncture during catheterization,whether the nutrition is up to standard.Conclusion According to the main influencing factors of bloodstream infection,the prevention and nursing plan can effectively control nosocomial infection in CRRT patients.
