Discussion on"Internet Plus"intellectual pre-hospital first aid on trauma

我国急救体系经过不断探索创新发展,逐渐创立了几种具有中国特色的院外急救网络体系,但仍然存在一些不足亟待改进.本文利用广泛的文献检索和实例分析,总结了国内外院外创伤急救体系的特点,并基于目前我国院外创伤急救的发展形势和问题,创新性的提出了新发展方向.随着我国5G技术在全球的领先发展,我国可以利用5G建立与大数据结合智慧急救网络云平台、车载急救管理-指挥系统、急救辅助系统等新型智能化系统,让"互联网+"智慧化成为院外创伤急救发展新方向.

After continuous exploration,innovation and development of the emergency system in China,several pre-hospital.emergency network systems with Chinese characteristics have been established,however,there are still some deficiencies to be improved.This article uses extensive literature retrieval and case analysis to summarize the characteristics of the pre-hospital trauma first aid system at home and abroad.Innovative development directions are proposed based on the current development situation and problems of pre-hospital trauma first-aid systems in China.With the leading development of China's 5G technology in the world,China is exploring 5G to establish new intelligent systems such as intelligent emergency network cloud platform combined with big data,Vehicle-mounted first aid management-command system,first aid auxiliary system and other new intelligent systems,"Internet+"intelligent could be a direction for the development of pre-hospital trauma emergency system.
