旺长期水分胁迫对红麻叶片中叶绿素和胡萝卜素含量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以红麻"杂红992"为试验材料,通过盆栽控水法设置正常灌水(CK)、轻度胁迫(LS)、中度胁迫(MS)和重度胁迫(SS)4个处理,研究不同水分胁迫条件对红麻叶片中叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:在正常灌水和轻度胁迫下,红麻叶片中的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素(a+b)和类胡萝卜素含量随胁迫时间的延长而降低;在中度胁迫和重度胁迫下,红麻叶片中的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素(a+b)和类胡萝卜素含量随胁迫时间的延长呈先降低后升高趋势。20 d的水分胁迫后,叶绿素含量SS>MS>LS>CK。随着胁迫程度的增加和胁迫时间的延长,叶绿素a/b值均较对照有所下降,胁迫20 d后趋势变为CK>LS>MS>SS,水分胁迫对红麻叶绿素a的影响大于叶绿素b。红麻在较低的土壤水分含量情况下,可以保持较高的叶绿素含量,这在一定程度上也证明了红麻是耐旱性强的作物。 In the paper,the effect of water stress on the chlorophyll content of kenaf leaves was studied in"Zahong 992".Four treatments including normal irrigation(CK),light stress(LS),moderate stress(MS)and severe stress(SS)were selected with pot water control method.Results indicated that the contents of Chl-a、Chl-b、Chl-(a+b)and carotenoidin kenaf leaves decreased significantly with the increase of stress time under the condition of CK and LS;While under the condition of MS and SS,the contents of Chl-a、Chl-b、Chl-(a+b)and carotenoidwere decreased and then increased with increasing of stress time.After water stress for 20 days,the chlorophyll content among the different treatments were in the order of SS>MS>LS>CK.Moreover,the value of Chl a/b decreased with the increase of stress degree and time.At the end of 20 dayswater stress,the values of Chl a/b were CK>LS>MS>SS.It was proven that the effect of water stress on content of Chl-a was greater than Chl-b in the kenaf leaves.The kenaf can maintain higher chlorophyll content under the condition of lower soil moisture,and it also can prove that kenaf is a crop with strong drought tolerance.
