摘要
北美风管机采用non-bleed TXV作为节流部件时,压缩机停机后TXV会自动关闭,导致转子压缩机无法满足停机3 min后重启的要求。在深入分析北美风管机系统停机后的压力变化基础上,结合转子压缩机的结构特点,分析研究基于间隙泄漏的被动压力平衡和基于压差控制的主动压力平衡机理,设计双单向阀+泄压阀的技术解决方案,完成性能、功能性及可靠性验证实验。结果表明:该方案压差启动阀可自动开关,可同时满足系统保压和压缩机3 min重启的要求。
Unitary air conditioner in N.A.market adopts the non-bleed TXV as its throttle valve and the TXV will automatically shut down when the compressor is turned off,causing the inability of rotary compressor restart within 3 minutes.Based on the structural feature of rotary compressor and an in-depth analysis of the pressure change when the TXV is shut down,this paper proposes a creative solution of compressor internal pressure balance by applying two check valves and a relief valve in rotary compressor with the help of the mathematical model of clearance leakage,and has completed the verification tests of performance,function and reliability.According to the test results,this solution takes the advantage of pressure change in the compressor to achieve automatic control of the valve,which can maintain the pressure in system and 3-minute fast restart of compressor at the same time.
