摘要
职业教育产教融合、校企合作推进过程中,由若干相互联系、相互作用的利益相关者形成复杂的组织系统,利益相关者间的协同性是职业教育发展的外部动力之一,同时协同也是产教融合、校企合作中的关键要素之一。文章基于问卷调查数据,从协同育人、协同模式、协同组织以及协同评价四个维度构建协同评价指标体系及耦合协调度模型,测算职业院校产教融合多元利益相关者的协同有效性。实证表明耦合协调度能够作为协同有效性的定量评价指标,同时提出构建沟通协调机制、实行“校企一体化”新模式、推行“顶层设计、基层落实”路径的融合策略。
In the process of industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education,a complex organizational system is formed by a number of interrelated and interactive stakeholders.The synergy among stakeholders is one of the external driving forces for the development of vocational education,and it is also one of the key elements in the industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation.Based on the survey data,this paper constructs the collaborative evaluation index system and coupling coordination model from four dimensions:collaborative education,collaborative mode,collaborative organization and collaborative evaluation,and measures the collaborative effectiveness of multiple stakeholders in the integration of industry and education in vocational colleges.The empirical results show that the coupling coordination can be used as a quantitative evaluation index of the effectiveness of coordination.At the same time,it puts forward the integration strategy of building communication and coordination mechanism,implementing the new mode of"school-enterprise integration",and following the path of"top-level design and grass-roots implementation".
