液压盘式制动器在马道头煤业主斜井带式输送机上的应用

Application of Hydraulic Disc Brake in Main Inclined Shaft Belt Conveyor of Madaotou Coal Industry

本文综合分析了马道头煤业主斜井带式输送机的参数及实际运行工况,提出了主斜井带式输送机主控系统采用PLC集中控制,盘式制动器只有装配可调控的液压油站和相对应的电控箱,两者的通讯协议和信息交换才可以发生即时或延时进行。

This paper comprehensively analyzes the parameters and operation conditions of the main inclined shaft belt conveyor in Madaotou coal mine,and puts forward that when the main control system of the main inclined shaft belt conveyor adopts PLC centralized control,the communication protocol and information exchange between the two can take place immediately or delayed only when the disc brake is equipped with adjustable hydraulic oil station and corresponding electric control box.
