摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱联用法测定10种食品包装材料中的邻苯二甲酸酯含量,测定塑料袋和保温袋在不同时间、温度、模拟液条件下DBP和DEHP的迁移量。结果表明邻苯二甲酸酯的检出率为32.5%,迁移量为0~3.89483 mg/kg。在0.5~48 h,30~70℃条件下,保鲜袋中的DEHP的迁移检出率为88.9%;保鲜袋中的DBP和塑料袋中的DBP和DEHP迁移检出率均为72.2%;DBP的迁移量为0~0.0452 mg/kg,DEHP的迁移量为0~0.00597 mg/kg。在0.5~48 h,4%乙酸溶液和50%乙醇条件下,保鲜袋和塑料袋中的DBP和DEHP的迁移检出率均为100%;DBP的迁移量为0.00134~0.15696 mg/kg,DEHP的迁移量为0.00084~0.18597 mg/kg。结论:时间、温度、食品模拟液会对食品包装材料中邻苯二甲酸酯的迁移量造成影响,应避免食品包装材料在高温下长时间接触食物。
The contents of phthalate esters in 10 kinds of common food packaging materials were determined by gas chromatographymass spectrometry,and the migration of phthalate esters in different temperature,time and food simulation solution was studied.Results the migration range of phthalate esters was 0~3.89483 mg/kg,and the detection rate was 32.5%.In the range of 0.5~48 h and 20~60℃,the detection rate of DEHP in fresh-keeping packaging was 88.9%,the detection rates of DBP in fresh-keeping packaging and DBP and DEHP in plastic bags were 72.2%,and the migration range was 0~0.0452 mg/kg and 0~0.00597 mg/kg,respectively.In 4%acetic acid and 50%ethanol,the detection rates of DBP and DEHP were 100.0%,and the migration ranges were 0.00134~0.15696 mg/kg and 0.00084~0.18597 mg/kg,respectively.Temperature,time and food simulant all affect the migration of phthalate esters in food packaging materials,and food packaging materials should be used as little as possible under long time or high temperature.
