HPLC法检测5%丙草胺·噁草酮·乙氧氟草醚颗粒剂

Determination of 5% Propisochlor, Oxadiazon and Oxyfluorfen Granules by HPLC

摘要 文章采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,使用50 mm×4.6 mm C18色谱柱,以乙腈-异丙醇-0.05%磷酸水溶液为流动相,在245 nm波长下对丙草胺·噁草酮·乙氧氟草醚颗粒剂中的丙草胺、噁草酮、乙氧氟草醚同时进行分离和检测。经检测丙草胺、噁草酮、乙氧氟草醚质量分数分别为3.2%、1.1%、0.7%。在此分析方法下具有良好的线性关系。丙草胺线性方程为y=848.6x-5.6645,相关系数R^(2)=0.9995,噁草酮线性方程为y=7087x-9.534,相关系数R^(2)=0.9999,乙氧氟草醚线性方程为y=6901.8x-8.3469,相关系数R2=0.9998。该方法具有线性关系好、精密度高、回收率高、分离效果好的特点,适用于定性定量检测。 The high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was used to separate and determine the contents of pretilachlor,oxadiazon and oxyfluorfen in the pesticiside granule which contained the active ingredients mentioned above.In the method,the column(50 mm×4.6 mm C18)was used and the mixture of acetonittrile,isopropanol and 0.05%phosphoric acid solution was used as the mobile phase,and 245 nm was the selected wavelength in the determination.The contents for pretilachlor,pxadiazon,and pxyfluorfen are 3.2%,1.1%and 0.7%respectively.The method was validated also and the linear equation of the method for pretilachlor is y=848.6x-5.6645,the linear correlation coeff icient is R^(2)=0.9995.The linear equation of the method for oxadiazon is y=7087x-9.534,the linear correlation coeff icient is R^(2)=0.9999.The linear equation of the method for oxyfluorfen is y=6901.8x-8.3469,the linear correlation coeff icient is R^(2)=0.9998.The validation results show the following characteristics of the method:a good linear relationship,high precision,high recovery and good resolution.The method is suitable for qualitative and quantitative detection.
