摘要
突发环境事故应急预案是企业日常应急演练及政府部门处置污染事故的重要技术文件,其内容须客观、全面、操作性强,文章就化工企业预案审核时涉及到的有关问题做了描述和分析,并提出了相应的建议和措施。
The emergency plans of environmental incidents are the key technical document for routine exercises and accident disposal,the contents should be comprehensive,objective and have strongly operable.The author simply describes some issues related to the plan check,and put forward the corresponding suggestions and measures.
