摘要
炼化企业大量的二氧化碳尾气被排放,既污染了环境,又浪费了资源。如果将尾气中二氧化碳回收再利用,既充分利用资源,顺应国家低碳减排政策。二氧化碳捕集采用氟利昂制冷,避免传统氨制冷的涉氨安全风险;利用分离器中低温的气相二氧化碳与压缩机出来的高温二氧化碳换热,降低制冷机的能耗;利用二氧化碳气体作为仪表风,降低成本;利用二氧化碳储罐中放空的尾气接入原料气的管线,绿色环保低碳,资源得到充分利用。
A large amount of carbon dioxide tail gas is discharged from ref ining and chemical enterprises,which not only pollutes the environment,but also wastes resources.If the carbon dioxide in the exhaust gas is recycled,it can make full use of resources and comply with the national low-carbon emission reduction policy.Freon refrigeration is used for carbon dioxide capture to avoid the ammonia related safety risk of traditional ammonia refrigeration;low temperature gas phase carbon dioxide in the separator is used to exchange heat with high temperature carbon dioxide out of the compressor to reduce the energy consumption of the refrigerator;carbon dioxide gas is used as instrument air to reduce the cost;the vented tail gas from the carbon dioxide storage tank is used to connect to the feed gas pipeline,which is green and low cost carbon resources are fully utilized.
