摘要
基于水下电连接器密封问题研究,文章详细介绍了电缆固定结构设计方法以及需要注意的问题,给出了电缆固定结构的理论力学计算方法,通过试验验证电缆固定的牢靠性。密封方式提出电连接器后端二级密封新方法,该方法采用非硫化二级硅胶密封方式确保密封的可靠性,并通过试验验证二级硅胶密封的有效性,最后简要介绍了密封试验方法。
Based on the research on the sealing problem of underwater electrical connector,the design method of cable f ixing structure and the problems needing attention are introduced in detail.The theoretical mechanical calculation method of cable f ixing structure is given,and the reliability of cable f ixation is verif ied by test.A new method of two-stage sealing at the back end of electrical connector is proposed.The method adopts non vulcanized two-stage seal to ensure the reliability of the seal.The effectiveness of the two-stage seal is verif ied by test.Finally,the sealing test method is briefly introduced.
