摘要
危险化学品登记制度是中国危险化学品安全管理的一项基本制度,是中国制定化学品政策、法规和标准的重要依据,是危险化学品全生命周期安全管理的基础。文章通过分析广东省危险化学品登记情况,总结危险化学品登记工作中存在的问题,提出有针对性的建议措施。
The registration system of hazardous chemicals is a basic system for the safety management of hazardous chemicals in China.It is an important basis for China to formulate chemical policies,regulations and standards,and the basis for the safety management of hazardous chemicals in the whole life cycle.By analyzing the registration of hazardous chemicals in Guangdong province,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the registration of hazardous chemicals,and puts forward some targeted suggestions and measures.
